Council Passes Special Resolution 397

On December 5, 2022, the full Indy Council passed my Special Resolution 397, which supports the development of a carbon credit program to protect and generate revenue for the maintenance of urban forests and trees throughout Indianapolis! My statement on the proposals passage is below:
